				Overview:

Salary Description:$16.00-$20.00 Hourly Base Upon Experience, Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Competitive Benefits 

Hours: 8 A.M.-4:30 P.M. 

Responsibilities:

Parts Prep, Manufacturing Specialist, oversees supporting Manufacturing operations in part prep, shipping, maintenance, and inventory controls. Specialists perform daily operations, ensuring excellent communication skills so everything runs smoothly. They collaborate closely with supervisors to conform to copy exact process and help find ways to improve efficiency. 

* Conduct preliminary preparation of material scheduled throughout the manufacturing process. This includes washing, sanding, chemical cleaning, soda blasting, deburring, and buffing product to the final finish as identified by specifications.                                                
* Using power and manual tools effectively for detailed and meticulous metal and plastic finishes.
*  Inspect parts for any potential overlooked damages and report to the manufacturing supervisory team.
* Adherent to safety procedures, maintaining clean tools and a safe work environment.                                                                                                         
* Works closely with the team to meet committed service delivery schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have the following:

* Awareness of health and safety regulations.
* Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina.
* Meticulous with a passion for perfection.
* Excellent critical thinking skills and a knack for mechanical aptitude.      
* Adherence to Time management                                                                                    
* Skills: High school diploma or equivalent: Manufacturing training or related fields are preferred) (Will train right individual)
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Strong organizational skills
* Plus, Experience with spreadsheets and computer applications
