You'll be a key player in keeping our dealership running smoothly by: * Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude * Assisting customers in-person and over the phone with accurate parts information * Managing and stocking incoming inventory in the correct locations * Keeping the parts department clean, organized, and efficient * Accurately pricing parts and accessories and maintaining up-to-date system records * Promoting current specials and value-added offerings * Representing the company's values in every interaction with customers, coworkers, and vendors Qualifications: * 2+ years of automotive parts department experience (preferred) * 1+ year of sales experience (preferred) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Professional appearance and strong work ethic * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This isn't just a job-it's a lifestyle upgrade.
