Practical Information: 

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands | Reports to: Regional Marketing Lead for UKI & Benelux | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Netherlands | Language Requirements: fluent/professional Dutch and English, written and verbal 

As our new Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive joint business growth with strategic partners. In this role you will focus on building strong relationships with partners, creating co-branded campaigns, and ensuring alignment between partner objectives and company goals. The position includes working closely with the cloud partners such as AWS, SAP, ServiceNow and our Tier 2 vendors.  

Key Responsibilities: 

* Partner Engagement: Collaborate with partners to understand their marketing priorities, align on joint initiatives, and act as the primary marketing contact 
* Campaign Development: Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, digital, content) while managing partner marketing funds and tracking ROI 
* Content and Collateral: Develop co-branded assets (case studies, social media, email templates) and ensure brand guideline compliance across all materials 
* Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and optimize activities based on data insights and partner feedback 
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive partner pipeline growth and coordinate with regional teams for localized execution 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field  
* Experience working with cloud hyperscalers such as AWS, SAP, ServiceNow, or Tier 2 vendors is an advantage  
* Proven experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing  
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)  
* Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and reporting 
* Solid project management and organizational skills  
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
