Overview:
As the Partner District Sales Manager, this position will manage Japan TVC team (Transactional Value Channel - Distribution & eCommerce), develop Go-To-Market strategies and achieve continuous growth of TVC business in Japan. This lead will need to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with Japan partners & Keysight Direct Sales Team, to ultimately grow Keysight's business through Distribution & eCommerce while increasing partner loyalty with Keysight and to ensure the distribution ecosystem is in balance. This position is responsible for maintaining balance between Distribution and eCommerce while achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop Japan TVC team (Transactional Value Channel - Distribution & eCommerce)
* Develop Go-To-Market strategies and achieve continuous growth of TVC business in Japan
* Cultivate partner relationships and ensure partner satisfaction & loyalty
* Manage partner performance and partner network while optimizing partner mix and results
* Assess sales pipeline, activity and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for refinement/improvement at a partner level and country level
* Develop strong relationships with direct sales team (SVC - Solution Value Channel) to closely collaborate with them for effective business growth
* Partner with COEs/ISTs & APM(Asia Pacific Marketing) to develop partner programs and optimize processes to drive growth through partners
* Ensure compliance in all partner engagements
* Drive continued operational improvements
Qualifications:
* 10+ years of sales experience or equivalent, specifically with partner-related businesses
* Prior experiences managing/working with partners or equivalent experiences driving business growth through partners
* Proven team leader to effectively manage/develop the team
* Track record of meeting quota and/or business objectives
* Recognized/Excellent accountability, passion, execution, and working attitude
* Ability to work across various organizations and achieve objectives
* Strong verbal/written communications skills in both Japanese and English
* Willingness to travel as needed
* BS in Engineering or equivalent
