Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

* Manage inventory, digital assets, and logistics for key partners-ensuring they have what they need, when they need it.
* Analyze data to optimize inventory allocation, helping accounts make informed business decisions.
* Lead new product setups and keep everything running smoothly from production to delivery.
* Develop and deepen relationships with various gift card partners.
* Guide partners and internal teams through new account launches, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
* Drive growth by expanding the distribution of physical and digital products across retail and B2B markets.
* Identify process gaps and champion improvements to increase efficiency.
* Collaborate with teams across production, finance, logistics, and more to keep everything moving forward.
* Stay proactive-support account growth through merchant expansion and promotion efforts.

Qualifications:

* Detail oriented and outstanding organizational skills.
* Ability to forecast, monitor, and manage inventory.
* Experience analyzing reports and identifying trends.
* Highly functional and experienced with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce, Quickbase, etc.) preferred.
* Must have ability to learn and use proprietary web-based tools.
* Successful experience interfacing with internal and external contacts.
* Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
* Ability to listen attentively, respond effectively, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Ability to communicate and work effectively across various internal and external teams.
* Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment.
* Project management experience helpful.
* Logistics background a plus.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
* Some travel may be required.
