We're looking for a Partner Account Manager to lead our distribution strategy and drive growth across the Pacific NW and Western Canada. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with internal sales teams, distributors, and end users to generate demand, deliver technical solutions, and achieve measurable results.

Location: Remote (must reside in WA or OR)
Travel: Up to 50% based on business needs

What You'll Do

* Serve as the primary technical expert and liaison for distributors in the Pacific NW and Western Canada territory
* Drive distribution sales strategy and implement enablement programs that accelerate growth
* Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to identify and close new business opportunities
* Deliver technical demonstrations and provide application support to distributors and end users
* Represent Keysight at trade shows, distributor events, and customer meetings
* Manage complex sales cycles while building long-term customer and partner relationships

Qualifications:

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred (or 10+ years of relevant T&M and distribution experience in lieu of a degree)
* 5-8 years of experience in technical sales and distributor/channel management within the test and measurement sector
* Strong knowledge of test equipment and the regional distribution landscape (Pacific NW/Western Canada)
* Proven success growing sales through distributor channels and end-user engagement
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with technical audiences
* Strong organizational and time management skills; thrives in an independent, field-based role
