Overview:
GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Part-Time Service Desk Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Customer Service support via phone and email
* Provide Customer Service skills to technical and non-technical end users
* Patience and experience in working with non-technical users will be required
* Understanding and troubleshooting Active Directory
Qualifications:
* Associate degree in IT or higher, or the equivalent in work experience.
* Knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
* Experience working with the MS Office suite & browser-based applications.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Working knowledge of PC Hardware configurations and troubleshooting.
* Basic understanding of LAN/WAN technology.
