Overview: Experience the power of physical therapy! NovaCare Rehabilitation has an immediate need for a Part Time Physical Therapist (PT) for our Cold Spring, MN location. New Graduates are welcome to apply! We are a smaller outpatient clinic with 2-3 clinicians, front office staff, and Athletic Trainers. Our clinic is a Sports Center of Excellence with ties to a NA3HL hockey team, college, and high schools. We treat a diverse orthopedic patient mix including sports medicine, general orthopedics, vestibular/ post concussion and worker's comp. Our highly trained and respected physical therapy team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment and manual therapy techniques to create individualized treatment plans that help each patient achieve their specific goals. Our work environment offers a great opportunity to provide skilled care to our patients and grow with the nation's leader in outpatient physical therapy. Work schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. (no weekends) Compensation starting at: $34.50/hour and willing to progress to full time if desired. Responsibilities: * Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures. * Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care. * Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff. * In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy * Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start * Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinical Rotation (in lieu of experience) * Ability to work 32+ hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients * Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required. * *
