Paralegal/Contracts Associate

				Overview:

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities:

* Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to:
* Review sponsor and vendor contracts;
* Review confidentiality agreements;
* Send out executed contracts; and
* Draft termination letters to vendors
* Act as the main point of contact for contract database;
* Provide contract process support to internal teams;
* Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research; and
* Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or Bachelor's Degree and paralegal certificate;
* 0-3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or contracts adminstrator; and
* Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel.
