Qualifications: Essential Job Duties: * Paint walls, equipment, buildings, bridges, and other structural surfaces, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns. * May remove old paint to prepare surface prior to painting. * May mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency. * All other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: * Timely and cost-effective performance of duties. * Harmoniously working with other employees and customers. * Working with the Project Principals to fully coordinate all activities. * Effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure. * Effective written and oral communication skills. * Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. * Contributing to the successful completion of project initiatives. * Good organizational and planning skills. * Good Communication skills. * Ability to pay close attention to detail. * Ability to take direction. * Ability to work with computers. * Ability to work independently but follow specific detailed instructions. * Ability to interface with various levels of personnel in a multi-cultural, team- oriented environment.
