Painter

				Overview:

To assist in enhancing the overall upkeep of the hotels guest corridors, Guest roos, lobby, mezzanine, and back of the house areas. The Painter will allow for more seasonal CARE rooms to be completed while maintaining the upkeep of the overall hotel décor. 

Responsibilities:

* Maintain (paint, stain, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public and back of the house areas on an on-going basis.
*  Keep the hotel décor in good condition
*  Respond to all service calls via two way radio or phone that relate to painting, wallpaper, patching, or to assist other engineers as it relates to engineering department.
*  Clean all work areas after completing job.
*  Assist DOE and other associates within the department as necessary.
*  Understand the importance of maintaining up-to-date inventories for paint supplies and equipment. 
*  Complete all Synergy work tickets assigned.
*  Must have strong attention to detail. 
* Works with safety as a priority while following department and Omni safety standards.
* Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* One plus years as a Painter / Plasterer preferably in a hotel environment
* Must have strong communication and writing skills.
* Must interact with guests, associates and clients in a professional manner.
* Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
* Must meet standards of appearance
