Overview:
Performs various duties related to the aesthetic maintenance of the facilities. This includes painting; sheetrock, patching, installation of wall protector, wall covering; cove base corner guards, flooring; and ceiling tile. Customer Service and the ability to complete work respectfully in the presence of patients and their family is needed.

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma, GED, or 4 years of relevant work experience, required.
* Experience: One-year of experience painting, patching, installing wall covering, ceiling tile, wall protective materials, rubber base, and some floor covering, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully apply customer satisfaction standards. Good oral and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in the use of a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to skillfully use trade related tools and equipment. Ability to plan and lay out work including estimating labor and material cost. Ability to distinguish the nature of objects and color. Ability to perform and learn to perform a wide range of general maintenance and repair work not requiring full journeyman skill. Ability to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority. Possesses a valid and appropriate driver's license.
