Avalara is looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager that is passionate about driving performance. As a Paid Search Manager, you'll manage paid search strategies across international markets, promoting our global suite of financial SaaS products. You'll partner with our teams to exceed growth and ROI targets through ongoing optimization of paid search campaigns that produce demand and revenue. You will report to SR Manager Paid Search. Only a resume in English will be considered for this opportunity. #LI-Remote Responsibilities: * Launch and improve PPC campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads * Oversee budgets and adjust bid strategies to produce new opportunities for Sales and produce positive ROI * Strategize and lead paid search account restructure according to performance opportunities and future growth levers * Collaborate with marketing teams on keyword selection, ad copy and audience targeting * Meet with Sales Development teams to ensure they understand the intent and value of paid search leads, allowing them to set appointments * Collaborate with web and SEO team on landing page performance and other optimization opportunities * Work with marketing partners and confer on paid search strategies for driving demand * Track KPIs, analiyse performance insights and share results with partners * Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors to ensure we are maximizing all available technology to improve growth * Find ways to reduce the risk of click fraud and wasted spend * Stay informed about PPC and industry trends, technologies, and best practices to guide innovation and results including AI adoption Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience directly managing PPC with or on behalf of B2B-focused SaaS companies * Experience running PPC campaigns internationally, including across the US, EMEA and APAC * Experience managing large budgets and meeting/exceeding monthly goals for spend, MQLs, revenue, customer acquisition, and other main performance metrics * Experience using advanced bidding strategies such as offline conversions and bidding * Experience conducting and discerning applicable insights from A/B and multivariate testing * Working knowledge of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, and PowerBI) * BS/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, psychology or a related field * Proficiency in Salesforce * SA 360 (Google Marketing Platform suite of products) experience
