Overview:
Located in Pilot Point, Texas, Western Son Distillery operates out of a historic, repurposed factory just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the Packaging Supervisor with the departmental needs, tasks, and duties assigned.
* Hold knowledge of the packaging lines and maintain training on all assigned stations.
* Adhere to the guidance of departmental SOP's and checklists.
* Adhere to any change in the packaging schedule based on the needs of the Company products.
* Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
* Conduct Quality Control inspections on raw and finished goods.
* Physical requirements: Must be able to stand up to 12-hours at a time. Must be able to lift 35lbs. Must be able to frequently push/pull/bend/kneel.
* Work in a safe manner, wearing PPE when necessary, and encourage a work safe environment.
* Raise product quality or safety issue to supervisor.
* Any duties additional duties and responsibilities requested by management of the Company
