Responsibilities:
Program Analyst provides admin and analytical support for contract projects and assists with planning, budgeting, and tracking progress. Monitors financial performance to meet cost and schedule goals, communicate with clients to ensure contract requirements are met, and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of contract projects.
* Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for the contract program.
* Participates in establishing and defining program plan financial requirements.
* Monitors and reports financial performance against plans to ensure we meet contractual, cost, and schedule objectives.
* Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements and exchange financial data.
* Participates in special projects, as required.
Accountable For:
* Ability to deliver accurate and timely financial reports to support project tracking and decision-making.
* Ability to prepare detailed budgets to guide project planning and ensure financial alignment.
* Ability to conduct contract analyses to assess terms, compliance, and cost implications.
* Ability to compile and presented monthly reports to summarize progress, financial status, and key updates.
* Ability to deliver concise briefings to stakeholders, providing clear insights into project and financial performance.
