Overview: The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for translating Krack's product strategy into clear value propositions, sales enablement tools, and market-ready messaging that drive product adoption and commercial success. This role acts as the bridge between Product Management and Sales, ensuring products are properly positioned, understood, and effectively promoted in the market. Responsibilities: Additionally, this role supports commercial teams by providing product-related information, training materials, and competitive insights. The role will also support customer and sales requests, such as order status inquiries, expedite requests, and related follow-ups, as well as provide flexible support to Design Engineering to address customer-related technical needs and workload demands. Main Responsibilities: 1.Develop and maintain product value propositions, positioning, and competitive differentiation by segment and application. 2.Create and maintain commercial product materials, including presentations, product bulletins, commercial datasheets, and competitive comparisons. 3.Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market messaging, internal communications, and commercial readiness activities. 4.Provide product training and technical-commercial presentations to Sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders. 5.Support the Product Management team by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and accurate product communication. 6.Collect and consolidate market, customer, and sales feedback to support product strategy and roadmap decisions. 7.Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to support positioning and messaging updates. 8.Assist Sales teams with product information requests, application guidance, and commercial documentation as needed. 9.Support Design Engineering activities as needed to help balance workload and meet project timelines. 10.Support customer and sales requests, such as order status inquiries, expedite requests, and related follow-ups. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred), Business, Marketing, or a related field 2.3-5 years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, application engineering, or related commercial roles in industrial or HVACR environments preferred. 3.Fluent in English both written and verbal. Must possess the following skills/competencies: *Ability to translate technical product features into clear customer benefits and commercial messaging. *Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. *Experience creating commercial presentations, sales tools, and product documentation. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). *Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. *Teamwork, accountability, and results-oriented mindset. *Basic technical understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, or industrial equipment is preferred. This position will be hybrid with 1 day of home office per week subject to business needs.
