Responsibilities:

Serve as a specialist in Federal contracting to assist NAVWAR to research, analyze, develop, and implement contracting / acquisitions related policies and procedures.  Work may include but not limited to contracting / procurement method, determining supply requirements, evaluation, supplies, and purchase terms.

Work Model: Hybrid

Compensation: $80,000 Annually 

This position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* DAWIA Contracting Level I or FAC-C Certification Level I or Industry equivalent (e.g., CPCM or CFCM).
* Experience conducting pre- and post-award contract actions.
* Monitoring and evaluating supplies performance and compliances.
* Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and trends.
* Assist in contract negotiations and drafting procurement agreements.
* Creating and maintain procurement reports and dashboards.
