Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
- Greets all guests in a courteous manner, displaying a helpful, CARiNG attitude of EXCELLENCE; assists guest with related Pool needs (i.e., towels, chair cushions, etc.). - Efficiently attends to and serves guests who are utilizing the pool. - Monitors access of Pool services to ensure that only Hotel guests have utilization of the amenities. - Assists in keeping respective area(s) clean and organized; stocks, maintains, and cleans areas. - Responds to guest inquiries and requests; resolves issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. - Provides directions and guidance to guests inquiring about the Hotel, amenities, and surrounding area. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. - Excellent service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. - Must be able to work outside for long periods of time. - Abide by company appearance standards and with the designated uniform. - Ability and dedication to exceed service standards. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in oral and written communication skills in English. - Must be able to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
