Physiatrist (PM&R) - Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, Santa Cruz, CA
Join the physician-led team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican. We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician for a mixed office and hospital-based practice in coastal Santa Cruz. As the only practice in the area treating General Rehabilitation patients, you will play a vital role in our patient-centered organization.

* Mixed Practice: Manage a 20-bed, CARF-certified Acute Rehabilitation Unit and a bustling consult service.

* Balanced Schedule: 1:5 hospital call rotation; minimum one week of inpatient service per month.
Compensation and Benefits
* 12 Month Salary Guarantee: $325,000 + productivity incentives

Qualifications:
* MD or DO degree; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PM&R (ABMS or AOA).
* Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
* Active California medical license (or ability to obtain).
