Overview:
The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas, back of house and landings meet Omni standards.
Responsibilities:
* Inspects the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.
* Assigns special assignments as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
* Reports any repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms or turndown
* Ensures that all GRAs have appropriate supplies and linens.
* Assists in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary, including providing turndown service
* Assists in processing AM and PM room status reports.
* Ensures that the GRA's linen cart is neat and well organized.
* Ensures that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
* Check discrepancy rooms
* Check departures and update status throughout the shift
* Actively walk Public Space every hour for cleanliness. High traffic areas on lobby level with many outlets.
* Ensure guest requests are delivered within 10 minutes.
* Able to run the coordinator position with high level of technology usage
Qualifications:
* Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards
* Ability to work with management on special projects
* Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency as required
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
* Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 75 lbs
* Must be able to use general computer programs
* Must be able to communicate via radio and phone as needed
