Overview:
To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
* Answer console.
* Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.
* Assist all guests and associates.
* Wake-up calls.
* Place and follow up on Synergy orders
* Process incoming and outgoing mail.
* And any other pertinent task assigned by management
Tools and Equipment:
Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, computer and printer
file folders, filing cabinet, facsimile machine
Working Environment: Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience as a PBX Operator or similar role.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Must have strong computer skills required, specific experience with hospitality specific computer programs preferred
* Ability to sit for majority of 8-10 hour shift
