				Overview:

To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that Moments of Service standards are followed
* Answer console/switch board for both hotels in three rings
* Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
* Assist all guests and associates with inquiries
* Synergy dispatcher for Engineering and Housekeeping
* Record and deliver wake up calls in GoConcierge to include weather
* Assist at front desk 

Qualifications:

* Customer service experience required
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and other general computer skills
* Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external guests
* Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
