Overview: Come join Team Atlantis! PBX is the nerve center of the property that all inside and outside calls go through. We have a very high standard of customer service while following all the company policies and procedures. On-Site, Full-Time, Swing Shift and Grave Shift positions available. The graveyard shift offers an additional pay differential! Responsibilities: * Answering and transferring multiple calls for two properties. * Running Front Desk and PBX reports. * Data entry and filing. * Communicate with other departments clearly and professionally. * Assist guest with current info/events at the Atlantis and Monarch Casino. * Take guest request and issues and distribute them to the correct departments. * Give guest wake-up calls. * Other duties as assigned my management. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus. Qualifications: * Must be polite and professional over the phone at all times. * Must be reliable in regards to attendance and work performance and team work. * Strong attention to detail and able to retain information. * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in HMS, Outlook and HotSOS/Amadeus and is a plus but not required. * Ability to maintain a high work performance. * Ability to give great guest service. * Ability to be proficient when answering/transferring guest and team member calls. * Ability to follow all company policies and procedures. ***Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors. *** Atlantis Casino Resort Spa fosters a team working environment and an environment that is focused on Team Member recognition and appreciation.
