* Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.
* Assist all guests and associates.
* Responsible for supervision of PBX operators.
* Omni Prompt Response Help Line.
* Wake-up calls.
Qualifications:
* Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
