A mid-size, well respected law firm in downtown Seattle is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to assist attorneys with complex real estate transactions. The position is direct-hire. This is a great opportunity to work with a team of knowledgeable legal professionals in the core of downtown Seattle!
Position duties will include:
*Managing complex real estate matters;
*Analyze and evaluate title commitments, title documents and surveys and other title related work;
*Maintaining the firm's real estate forms database;
*Completing due diligence reviews;
*Assembling closing notebooks;
*Reviewing title, deeds and other real estate related documents;
*Other essential duties as assigned by counsel.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
To be immediately considered for this great opportunity, you must have the following:
*5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, Real Estate Legal Assistant or similar;
*Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills are an absolute must;
*The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing tight competing deadlines at times
Preferred Skills:
*Undergraduate degree and Paralegal Certificate.
