Responsibilities: Job Summary:The Painter is responsible for preparing and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming * Apply paint, varnish, stains, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety procedures and guidelines * Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met * Perform minor repairs to surfaces as needed Qualifications: * Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred * Basic knowledge of painting tools and techniques * Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team * Strong attention to detail * Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required Work Environment: * May involve indoor and outdoor work * Requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials Qualifications: Join the Team at Hollywood Casino Joliet!Where great service meets great people.
