Qualifications:
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* Knowledge base specific to specialty
* PA/NP degree from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program required.
* Graduate from an Accredited School
* PA/NP Licensure for; and listed on the state Registry required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Practitioner, in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty.
* BLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
* ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required depending on practice setting
* Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan.
* Occ Med Certification required by start date
* Must be comfortable with Work Comp
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
