P2P Team Lead NORAM

As P2P Team Lead, you will lead a team delivering end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) services within our Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) for the North America region.
You will be responsible for service delivery excellence, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement-ensuring high quality, compliance, and a strong supplier and business experience.
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Operations
* Lead daily P2P operations, including purchase order support, invoice processing, payments, and supplier queries
People Leadership
* Coach, develop, and support team members through regular feedback and performance conversations
* Foster a customer‑centric, continuous improvement mindset.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
* Support effective supplier communication and enablement (e‑invoicing, payment queries, dispute resolution)
Reporting & Performance Management
* Track and analyze key P2P KPIs (cycle time, backlog, on‑time payments, quality metrics).
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
* Support transitions, new scope onboarding, and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications:
Experience & Background
* Experience leading or acting as a lead within P2P / Accounts Payable / Finance Shared Service Center (GBS/HUB) environments
* Strong understanding of invoice processing, controls, and compliance frameworks.
* Experience working in high‑volume, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Technical & Functional Skills
* Solid reporting and KPI management skills (Excel proficiency required).
* Experience with ERP and workflow tools such as SAP, Oracle, NAV, Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow, Concur, or similar.
* Exposure to process improvement, automation, or e‑invoicing solutions.
Languages
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Portuguese is a plus.
