Responsibilities:

* Are you experienced in navigating change, acquisitions, and matrix environments, working across sales and consulting teams to deliver impactful People & Culture initiatives, while also handling day-to-day HR with a hands-on approach?

Location: Stockholm, Sweden | Work arrangement: on-site | Contract type: Full-time | Reporting to: Regional P&C Leader / Lead P&C Business Partner | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Swedish & English, written and verbal 

We are looking for a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our Nordic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting and advising on people related topics, driving initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, and culture.  

This position is ideal for someone with solid experience from international environments, preferably across both sales and consulting organizations, and with hands-on exposure to organizational change, acquisitions, and stakeholder management in complex matrix structures.   

Key Responsibilities 

* Strategic P&C Partnership: Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and workforce needs, ensuring P&C strategies align with business objectives, while acting as a trusted advisor in navigating organizational changes, integrations, and evolving business needs 
* Talent Management & Development: Drive talent development initiatives, including performance management and career development, lead leadership and employee development sessions focused on skills, capability building, and continuous learning, and guide managers in goal setting, feedback processes, and performance evaluations 
* Employee Engagement: Identify engagement opportunities within business units and co-create action plans with leadership, lead recognition, appreciation, and team-building initiatives, and analyze feedback from surveys and other data sources to provide actionable insights that improve engagement and retention
* Organizational Development & Change Management: Support leaders through change initiatives aligned with best practices in change management, strengthen team effectiveness, cultural alignment, and operational efficiency, and contribute to post-merger integration processes and organizational design work
* Compensation & Rewards: Provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions using market benchmarks and internal equity considerations. Support the design and optimization of compensation structures, commission models, and reward programs, and advise on promotions and salary adjustments 
* Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Champion inclusive leadership and equitable people practices within business units, and support initiatives that strengthen diversity, belonging, and fair development opportunities
* Data Analysis & P&C Reporting: Use P&C data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations to business leaders, and prepare and present insights related to turnover, engagement, performance, and overall organizational health

Qualifications:

* Extensive proven experience as a People/HR Business Partner within an international organization 
* Solid understanding of employment law and P&C best practices 
* Hands-on understanding of sales organizations, particularly commission and incentive structures 
* Competence within labor law and direct interaction with trade unions (e.g., consultations, negotiations, or compliance processes) as well as understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements 
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships 
* Experience supporting or working within a consulting/professional services environment 
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HRIS and data tools
