Overview:
To greet all guests, customers and members when entering the property during the overnight shift and ensure that the resort entrance is maintained in a safe and secure manner.
Responsibilities:
* Operate the welcome center with a pleasant and professional manner.
* Be prepared to give directions to the resort, private residences and surrounding areas.
* Announce arriving Guests/ Golfers on proper radio channel
* Follow proper radio protocol
* Working in the exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
Qualifications:
* Must be able to communicate effectively
* Great customer service skills
* Must have flexible schedule
* Be able to work in different weather conditions
