As a Surveillance Agent, you will: Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am | Pay: $18.00 per hour * Participate in a variety of investigations both independently and as part of a collaborative effort. * Operate CCTV and other data systems. * Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. * Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. * Take proactive and strategic approaches to handle situations that arise. * This position will require you to be in a confined room for extended periods of time. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. * Applicant must be at least 21 years of age or older. * Correctable 20/20 vision with normal color acuity is required. * Background in CCTV, PC applications, electronic gaming, and electronic media is preferred. * Written, mathematics, and verbal communication skills, as well as being fluent and literate in English is required. * Thorough knowledge of casino games and operations, cheating, scams, card counting, and player evaluations are strongly preferred.
