Overnight Kitchen Cleaner

				Overview:

To sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas

Responsibilities:

*  Transport soiled dishware, china, glassware, etc., from specified areas to the dish machines.

*  Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, china, utensils, glassware, etc.

*  Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment.

*  Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors, walls, etc.

*  Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience working with chemicals.
* Ability to work independently
