As a Overnight Maintenance Tech, you will:
Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am
Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
* The Engineer IV performs a variety of advanced journey level, lead and/or specialized trade tasks which could include upholstery, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry kitchen equipment and general maintenance; may act as a lead worker for assigned shift and ensure assignments are distributed and completed; performs duties with minimum or no supervision; provides advanced support duties to higher level management staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.
* Maintains buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance.
* Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed.
* Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.
* Contacts and coordinates work with outside vendors as directed.
Qualifications:
* Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
* High School diploma or GED equivalent plus five (4) years' experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry or Kitchen Equipment).
* Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair.
* Knowledge of Building management systems.
* Knowledge of operations of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems.
* Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.
* Read blueprints.
