Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist
Location: NovaCare - Fort Washington, MD
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics and Oncology (ReVital)
Compensation: Starting at $85,000
Incentives: Sign-On Bonus up to $20,000 and/or Indefinite Loan Assistance

We seek a full-time physical therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience. 

You will treat a diverse population, including teens through geriatrics, and provide orthopedic, neurological, and oncology rehabilitation. Average caseload is 10-12 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatments. Leadership training is available for experienced clinicians.

Schedule: 40-hour weekday schedule, including two evenings (10:30 AM-7:00 PM), with the last patient scheduled one hour before closing.

Responsibilities:

* Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
* Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
* Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
* Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications:

* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school 
* Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
* CPR certification
