				Overview:

As our Outbound Sales Executive, you'll be on the front line of our sales efforts-prospecting, engaging, and converting B2B leads into valuable long-term clients. You'll use tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo to identify opportunities, build strong pipelines, and hit ambitious sales targets.

This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong phone presence, and a track record of success in outbound B2B sales.

Hours-8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary- $50,000.00 / year with Commission

Responsibilities:

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified leads
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
* Use ZoomInfo to research and source key decision-makers
* Manage leads and follow-ups efficiently within HubSpot CRM
* Set up meetings for the sales team
* Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and targets
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in outbound calling and B2B lead generation
* Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.  
* Spanish advantageous
* Comfortable with high call volumes and performance-based environments
* Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) and ZoomInfo
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
* Ability to quickly learn and articulate product value propositions
