One California Responsibilities: Mercy Medical Group (MMG) seeks a highly motivated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic Otolaryngology team with our Midtown clinic in Sacramento, CA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Opportunity Highlights * Collaborative team environment - Join a team of two Otolaryngologists and one Advanced Practice Provider within Mercy Medical Group, with strong mentorship and collegial support. * Full-time schedule - No call, no nights, and no weekends required. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded patient care. * Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. Compensation and Benefits * Salary based on experience within specialty, starting at $141,158 - $187,358 * 100% employer-covered medical and dental benefits * Retirement savings plan with employer contributions * Generous sign-on and relocation bonuses. * Support for continuing education and professional development * PSLF Eligible Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. * Current California Physician Assistant license. * NCCPA certification. * Strong clinical skills and medical knowledge. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a team environment.
