Overview: Orthopedic Surgeon Orthopedic Specialists of New Jersey Paramus, Montvale, Franklin Lakes and New Jersey Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking to employ a Board Certified/Board Eligible, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join the growing team at Orthopedic Specialists of New Jersey, a premier practice affiliated with the Hackensack Meridian Health network. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume practice and become a member of our expanding network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication with a commitment to outstanding patient care. Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive clinical and surgical care for patients with hip and knee conditions. * Perform primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, including robotic-assisted surgery. * Cover a balanced schedule of approximately 2-3 clinic days and 2-3 OR days per week, depending on volume. * See patients at a selection of our office locations, which include Paramus, Montvale, North Bergen and Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. * Perform surgeries at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) and the Hackensack Musculoskeletal Surgical Center,Participate in a call schedule of approximately 2-4 nights per month. * Engage in the teaching and mentorship of residents and medical students. Highlights: * Join a collaborative and well-established group of 13 orthopedic surgeons and a network of experienced specialists and support staff. * Step into a busy, high-volume hip and knee replacement practice with a strong referral base. * Receive dedicated support from a Physician Assistant (PA) and a clinical assistant. * Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and active participation in the Orthopedic Surgery residency program. * Access to the latest technology, including all major hip and knee replacement techniques and robotic surgery platforms. * Competitive compensation and a robust benefits package.
