To learn more visit: CHI Health & Creighton University Partnership Responsibilities: As our Orthopaedic Physician Assistant, you will support our Orthopaedic Chair in all clinical & surgical procedures. Every day you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from a world class Orthopaedic Surgeon focusing on clinical and patient excellence. Our growing team consists of a multitude of sub-specialized orthopaedic physicians and advanced practice providers (APP) To be successful in this role, you will have prior Orthopedic experience and a strong interest in continuing to develop your clinical and surgical skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable first assisting in the OR, managing an independent orthopedic clinic, and caring for patients across a variety of orthopedic conditions. Over time, there may also be opportunities to grow into a leadership role within the Orthopedic team. The position also offers, extremely lucrative pay, 401K, light call, dedicated CME time and money, very generous time off, full health, dental, vision and malpractice insurance. Qualifications: Required: * Graduate of an accredited advanced practice training program (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) * Meet board eligibilty or certification requirments * Active or eligible license in the state of Nebraska * Strong clinical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
