Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Organizational Development Professional supports training and development, e-learning, competency management, and performance management. Coordinates and facilitates training and professional development programming for leaders and Mission Partners. Helps develop and coordinate e-learning opportunities. Assists with competency management, development, and assessment. Supports performance management through training and development.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field
Experience:
3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or similar
Other skills/knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong computer skills
