About Us:
We aim to accelerate the process of cultural exchange and education, meanwhile cultivating students' career vision and international competitiveness. We plan to introduce foreign teachers for our English departments across Boa'an District primary, middle, and high schools. Our hope is not only to help students improve English fluency, but also to promote international understanding and cooperation.
Overview:
· Five working days per week, 4-8 hours per day
· Maximum teaching hours: 20 per week (Monday to Friday);
· Student ages (you may choose):
*Pre-k/Kindergarten
*7-12 (elementary school)
*13-15 (middle school)
*15-18 (high school);
· Class sizes vary depending on the school, may be 40 or more students in a public school;
· Textbook: the teacher may select courseware.
About Shenzhen:

About You:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
· Two years' teaching experience after graduation is preferred
· Teachers with less than two years' exp. may attend a SAFEA approved TEFL in China as a pre-condition for getting a work visa (cost will be born by us)
· Native English speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, United States, or the U.K.;
· Possess an English language qualification such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA (TEFL in China may be sponsored under certain conditions);
· Clean criminal record;
· Excellent physical and mental health.
Remuneration:
· Monthly salary from 6,500 - 12,000 (depends on location, hours, and is commensurate with qualifications and experience);
· Off-campus apartment, furnished accommodation (excluding utilities) with cooking facilities and private bathroom, OR you may choose a housing allowance of CNY 2,500
· Comprehensive medical and accident insurance while you are employed in China;
· 11 days' public holiday per year, plus school breaks;
· Salary paid at 50% during winter school break;
· Visa support, plus sponsored work permit, invitation letter, and FEC
· Regular teaching training;
· Opportunities for promotion and career advancement;
· Ongoing team-building activities;
· CNY 5,000 airfare allowance paid by the completion of contract.
