Oracle RMC Technical Specialist

				Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an Oracle RMC Technical Specialist. This is a hybrid opportunity, with 3 days required onsite per week in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

* Configure and manage Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules (e.g., Advanced Access Controls, Financial Reporting Compliance).

* Design and enforce access policies and segregation of duties (SoD) rules across Oracle ERP Cloud.

* Monitor and analyze risks related to user access, transactional activity, and configuration changes.

* Perform access reviews, role analysis, and security audits to maintain a secure and compliant ERP environment.

* Provide functional expertise on RMC modules and their integration with core ERP modules such as Financials and Procurement.

* Collaborate with internal audit, IT security, and compliance teams to align RMC functionalities with broader risk management strategies.

* Support RMC implementation and optimization during Oracle ERP Cloud rollouts or system upgrades.

* Develop reports and dashboards for risk monitoring, control effectiveness, and compliance metrics.

* Train business users and auditors on RMC processes, capabilities, and tools.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

* 3-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP with a strong focus on Risk Management Cloud.

* Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules.

* Solid understanding of ERP security concepts, segregation of duties (SoD), and internal controls.

* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO 27001.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
