Responsibilities:
We're looking for a high-impact Oracle Integration Manager to lead the strategy, design, and performance of integrations across our enterprise ecosystem. You'll own critical connections between Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal/third-party platforms-driving reliability, security, and scalability across Finance, HCM, SCM, and more.
What You'll Do
* Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)-REST/SOAP services, file-based flows, and event-driven patterns.
* Develop inbound/outbound integrations with payroll, banks, tax providers, CRM, WMS, and other key systems.
* Ensure secure, compliant, high-performance data exchange across platforms.
* Monitor integrations, resolve errors, and optimize performance.
* Lead migration and lifecycle management across DEV/TEST/PROD.
* Maintain integration standards, documentation, and runbooks.
* Continuously assess new OIC and Fusion features to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
What You Bring
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years in enterprise integrations; 3+ years hands-on with OIC.
* Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Proficiency with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, SFTP, and scheduled processes.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
* Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed.
