Responsibilities:
We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator & Security Manager to own the security design, governance, and day-to-day operations of our Oracle Fusion environment. You'll ensure system integrity, optimize performance, and lead role-based security across Financials, HCM, SCM, and other modules-while partnering closely with IT, Finance, HR, and Internal Audit.
What You'll Do
* Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud across production, test, and development.
* Manage quarterly updates, testing, deployments, and system performance.
* Design and maintain secure RBAC models, roles, privileges, and SoD controls.
* Oversee user provisioning, access reviews, and security incident resolution.
* Support audits, compliance testing, and remediation of security risks.
* Streamline processes and drive workflow efficiency across teams.
Qualifications:
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 5+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Security (roles, data security, SoD).
* Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work non-traditional hours when needed.
Nice to Have
* Oracle Fusion certifications.
* Experience with IDM, SSO, or IAM integrations.
* Background supporting Financials and/or HCM.
* Experience in multi-entity or complex environments.
