Would you like to define and lead a data strategy from scratch? Do you enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives? Can you combine strategic vision with hands-on project leadership?

We are looking for a senior professional with strong expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud and data project management to define and accelerate our Data initiatives.
We are seeking someone who can set the strategic direction, prioritize initiatives based on impact and complexity, and lead execution from start to finish.
You will act as both a strategic reference and project leader, structuring how our data initiatives are designed, scoped, and delivered.
Responsibilities
* Define and prioritize the data roadmap.
* Structure end-to-end projects (Extraction Data Lake Data Warehouse Visualization), including effort and timeline estimations.
* Identify required technical profiles and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of data projects.
* Document processes and professionalize internal Data area management.
Working Model
* Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings.
* Flexible commitment depending on project needs.
Qualifications:
* Senior-level experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
* Strong experience in data architecture and data project management.
* Proven experience defining roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with strong technical understanding of the data ecosystem.
* Proactive, structured, and results-oriented profile.
