Responsibilities: * Preparing, mobilizing, operating, and dismantling specialized lifting and transport equipment. * Performing lifting and transport activities according to project requirements. * Collaborating with colleagues and maintaining client communication on-site. * Inspecting and maintaining equipment and materials. * Working according to the highest safety and quality standards. * Travel for temporary international assignments within Europe. Qualifications: * A completed technical education or willingness to obtain one. * At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or industry. * Strong safety awareness and experience in an operational project environment. * Basic knowledge of mathematics, hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical diagrams is a plus. * Fluent in English (spoken and written). * Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic situations.
