***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***

Under the supervision of the STT Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor performs a variety of administrative and logistics functions in support of the LOGCAP V Contract Task Order (TO) operations.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee completion of the day to day requirements of operations, and the submission of various technical documents to include Statement of Work (SOW) and accompanying Pricing Schedules; tracking of CDRL / LOTD / ODC submissions and statuses, Incident Reports (SIR/CCIR/AR), compiling workload data and performance data for required briefs, and other documents as required, while providing subject matter expertise to the team.

Also responsible for conducting internal checks to ensure quality of work, adherence to company administrative policies, and acts to promote a positive and compliant Safety Culture throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

* Centralizes leadership with the Operation Coordinators for the day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with organizational standards and USG requirements
* Ensure documentation issued and received is organized and maintained in a centralized location for easy access and tracking
* Monitor Operation Coordinators' performance, enforce policies and maintain accountability
* Responsible for cross training of the various LCV AIS systems used by the coordinators in the different functional areas for gathering data and information required for CDRL and report submittals to ensure standardization
* Facilitates the collection and consolidation of documents, certifications / training, Site Visits, Monthly reports to PMO, etc.
* Ensure that all CDRL reporting requirements are met within the established timeline throughout the TO and tracks submissions
* Provides oversight and tracks USG Site Visit Requests
* Assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operations of the assigned responsibilities of operations; provide supervision and oversight to the operation coordinators
* Coaches, teaches, and mentors junior Employees to ensure a safe, capable, and ready workforce, as well as ensuring the timely completion of any Company-directed training.
* Improve Documentation Quality and Consistency by ensuring reports, briefs and documentation are clear, accurate and standardized to reduce ambiguity and errors in execution
* Ensure documentation and reports meet contractual and quality requirements and submitted within stated timelines
* Acts as a bridge between the different OSO departments and functional areas for the LCV requirements and policies.
* Utilizes various Project Management tools to monitor data points and control the efficiency of CDRL and reports.
* Ensures all necessary materials and equipment are ordered, inspected, and are available on-site to accomplish the job.
* Provides input to develop and implement Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives to enhance operations.
* Ensure Employees comply with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) requirements.
* Provides guidance, consultation, and mentoring to all assigned personnel, creates development opportunities and fosters a culture of continuous teaming throughout the organization.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
* High School Diploma
* Must be Foreign National.
* Must possess a home country driver's license and be able to obtain a Host Country Driver's License.

* Experience:
* Minimum of 5yrs years' operations management experience evaluating operations and business functions and recommending improvements, modification, and changes and familiar with the resources / tools such as VARMS, VeMS, HCAMS, SharePoint, etc.
* Experience with Maximo(r) Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System desirable.
* Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.

* Skills:
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).
* Organized and efficient with attention to detail and excellent follow through.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively lead teams and influence others.
* An experienced leader and mentor with strong delegation skills.
* Adept at communicating with various stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain positive relationships.
* An understanding of GCSS-Army and an applicable material requisition process.

* Supervisory Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all assigned operations personnel

* Working Conditions:
* Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit with high humidity
* Adjustable to changing weather and environmental conditions

* Physical Requirements:
* Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
* Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
* Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
* Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
