About this opportunity
The Invisalign Operations Specialist is responsible for enhancing work efficiency for all employees in Japan and supporting and providing guidelines and systems that lead team members to work towards achieving operational goals for Invisalign business in Japan.

In this role, you will
* Lead the Operations organization in development of necessary IT requirements (SFDC and other tools) to support the iTero and Clear Aligner sales team and work cross-functionally with the relevant departments to ensure the requirements.
* Engage Japan logistics operation, and customer interfacing activities, legal affairs, iTero system, IDS (Invisalign Doctor Site) master maintenance, Address book management, and multiple business activities. At the same time, this position will also be responsible for learning and understanding the order to cash process across various systems.
* Implement, automate, and optimize a solid funnel management process & dashboards in partnership with the various sales channels.
* Serves as liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and other teams for them to work correctly and speedily.
* Develop innovative ways and alternative methods to improve operational efficiency.
* Create business standard procedures and smooth operation processes.
* Drive the operational excellence by working closely with stakeholders to identify the opportunities to optimize the processes and systems.
In this role, you'll need
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent,
* Minimum 4 years working experience in project which manage multiple stakeholders or equivalent experience is required
* Must be able to develop and deliver effective presentations.
* Internal corporate, project management and execution and operational experience preferred.
* Project oriented / project driven background and a hands-on, roll up the sleeves attitude.
* Experience of leading projects having huge impact on the whole organization preferred.
* Analytical mindset: wherever possible, you prefer to resolve questions through data and measurement.
* Comfort managing matrix organized teams and experience with international global enterprises.
* Effective problem-solving and mediation skills.
* Change management experience.
* Used to working independently with a high level of time management skills.
* Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
* Behavior as a excellent role model for other team members.
* Good working level in English language.
