Role Summary
This internship offers a hands-on, rotational experience within Wipfli's Organizational Performance (OP) group. Interns will engage in client-facing and internal projects that span areas of strategy, operations, people, and talent. The program is designed to provide exposure to real-world consulting across multiple dimensions of organizational effectiveness
Responsibilities
* Assist in analyzing business performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Support the development of strategic frameworks and operational models
* Assist in supporting change management efforts including training and communication plans.
* Participate in the evaluation of software solutions.
* Recommend and help implement process enhancements using lean methodologies.
* Support initiatives related to employee engagement, leadership development, and talent optimization
* Utilize tools and software for performance management and succession planning
* Develop communication materials and engagement strategies to support adoption
* Proactively engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance your related skills
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership, Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Economics or other related field.
* Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to build and foster professional business relationships
* Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
