More about the role: The Operations Manager is responsible for the safety, administration, financial performance, and individual treatment provided throughout assigned day and/or residential programs and facilities. Directs daily operation of programs through supervision of Residential Managers. Work performed is in accordance with established professional and facility procedures. The position supervises and accounts for the quality and quantity of services delivered throughout the residential and/or day programs.
Pay Rate: $58,000 - $63,000

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Three or more years progressive Management experience in Behavioral Health can be considered in lieu of Bachelor's.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders, a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, and a minimum of 3 years administrative experience required. Must have valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheets. Experience managing scheduling and budgets preferred. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
