Overview:
The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry's best products and services for DISH.

The Operations Manager resolves complex operational inefficiencies, aligns facility performance with key business targets, and drives overall site success. This role addresses team performance gaps through active coaching, mentorship, and workforce development to build a high-performing site culture. Additionally, this position mitigates customer service and delivery risks in a fast-paced environment while optimizing resources to support multi-site business expansion.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
* Oversee site operations and direct daily employee activity to achieve core operational goals
* Coach, train, and develop managers and service technicians to optimize team performance and drive departmental OKRs
* Leverage AI productivity tools to analyze site performance data, streamline scheduling, and optimize daily operational workflows
* Maintain high standards of customer service and operational execution across all facility functions
* Establish clear accountability structures to support career pathing toward multi-site leadership
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 2 years of experience in site management or operational leadership
* Must have at least 2 years of experience with:
* Directing facility operations and staff management
* Performance coaching and team development
* Operational planning and resource scheduling in time-critical environments
